These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade products. By accessing our site and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Artisanal Nature & Handmade Variations

Every item at The Crone Ceramics is individually handcrafted, hand-thrown, and fired in our studio. Because of this organic process, minor variations in size, shape, texture, and glaze color are natural and celebrated characteristics of the work.

• No two pieces are identical.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that the item received may differ subtly from the product photography displayed on the website.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards.

• Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been cleared in full.
   

3. Shipping, Handling, & Custom Stamps

• Because ceramics are fragile, we take immense care in packing your orders using secure materials.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

• Crone Ceramics is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes incurred on international shipments.

• Each piece is permanently marked with our custom brass brand stamp as a symbol of its high-vibe craftsmanship.
   

4. Damaged Goods, Returns, & Exchanges

• Damaged in Transit: If a piece arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us at TheCroneCeramics@gmail.com within [72 hours / 3 days] of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can process a replacement or refund.

• Returns: Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
   

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including but not limited to the Triple Goddess logo, brand stamp design, product photography, text, graphics, and typography - is the exclusive intellectual property of Crone Ceramics and Quirky Creative Studio. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any materials without express written permission.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

The Crone Ceramics provides its products and website on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the handling, use, or misuse of our ceramic products.
 

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan and the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
 

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
